Join Kate in Studio B on Thursday 18th July for a high intensity dance fitness class like no other. Forget choreography, this is not the class to try perfect your steps. High Energy Dance is all about movement! It's a fusion of different dance styles: from Bollywood, through Jazz, to Dance-Hall. Expect creative dance challenges in a welcoming atmosphere with no limits.
"But I can't dance..."
The class is open to all dance levels - I believe that anyone can be a dancer the moment they start being playful with their body and to let it flow with music.
"What should I wear?"
Clothing in which you will be comfortable doing all sorts of jumping, shaking and twerking. Oh, and sport shoes!
"What do I need to bring?"
Lots of water and a towel - we will be sweating a lot!
